I'm presuming PM is pacemaker and DEF is defibrillator. It may be that "chiavetta" is a defibrillator accessory?
"ECG monitoring via 3 lead cable
High resolution display
Memory capacity without audio recording, 7 hours of ECG data
Unlimited data storage via optional USB key."

In answer to your question, I don't think the term refers to 3 items, but possible "kit chiavetta" and "kit slitter".
