La respuesta del entrevistado es la siguiente (mi duda, en verde): "No sé usar el internet y es poco confiable hacer transferencias de plata, prefiero pasando y pasando el comprobante".
Encontré una expresión: "pasando y pasando, pajarito volando" (también la variante "dando y dando, pajarito volando"). Supongo que significa que, cuando algo pasa de mano en mano, se termina perdiendo. Alude a algo inseguro, estimo yo. Si bien tiene relación con el ejemplo que traigo, no me parece que su ubicación en la frase tenga lógica.
Por otra parte, encontré esta definición de "dando y dando...": Scratch my back, I will scratch yours (en http://www.learn-spanish.com.mx/span...anish-phrases/), y me parece que viene mejor para mi contexto.
¿Algún nativo podrá confirmarme el significado de la expresión?
Mi intento de traducción es el siguiente, pero no me convence:
"I don't know how to use internet and it is a bit unreliable for making money transfers; I prefer to have a proof (of pay), scratch my back, I will scratch yours".

If not, if I scratch your back Ill scratch yours sounds a bit strange, as that´s more like I do you a favour you do me one. I really can't think of a colloquial phrase in English that matches it at all. Maybe something like, "when money changes hands, I want a receipt."...
