archives should be open to...
это больше по-английски.. кроме того, хранящиеся архивы - масло масляное... беспрепятственный доступ -- тоже, на мой взгля лишнее уточнение... доступ если есть, то полный, а если он как-то ограничен -- вот тогда уже и нужна дополнительная информация.....
