Many thanks to all of you. I asked the client and he prefers the term "plenum wall", anyway...
Jiri Lonsky Jul 2, 2012:
chase or not to chase, that is the question there are two problems with using this term. First of all, it refers to the enclosed space, NOT the wall you asked about. Second, even if at times it can refer to a space parallel to an entire concrete wall, in most cases pipe chase is a rectangular shaft for conduits and piping, not at all what you meant... see images here: https://www.google.cz/search?q=pipe chase&hl=en&prmd=imvns&t...

pipe chase

According to http://plumbing.about.com/od/diypluming/a/planningplumbing.h... Build a Wall Chase
A chase is a false wall that is used to conceal plumbing. The chase can be stacked from floor-to-floor of the home. This allows plumbing to run from the basement to the attic.

Other sites show "utility chase", "plumbing chase".

plasterboard over plumbing installation space

I googled this all over the internet. Not much of anything, mostly terminology that has other building meanings, like "false wall" etc. The reason is that in the US great majority of walls are framed, therefore hollow, and plumbing goes through their interior. Solid walls may have the pipes chased in (into grooves carved in the masonry or concrete, which is not your case), OR, a plasterboard is built over the pipes attached to the wall. Which is your case, but I have not found any terminology or systems associated with this solution. You may need to translate it "opisem". see ref.
Example sentence:

attach the pipes to the wall and plasterboard over the top.
