To provide neuromuscular specialists, neurologists, and oncologists access to amifampridine phosphate therapy for their patients with LEMS, CMS, or downbeat nystagmus until the drug becomes approved by the FDA.

To assess the long-term safety of amifampridine phosphate in research participants with LEMS/CMS/downbeat nystagm

Brindar acceso a los oncólogos, neurólogos y especialistas neuromusculares a la terapia de fosfato de amifampridina para sus pacientes con LEMS, CMS o nistagmo vertical hacia abajo hasta que el fármaco reciba la aprobación de la FDA.
El objetivo secundario del estudio es el siguiente:
Evaluar la seguridad a largo plazo del fosfato de amifampridina en los participantes de la investigación con LEMS/CMS/nistagmo vertical hacia abajo.
