По-русски термин имеет только ОДНО значение. Вот определение из ЭСМТ:
¶эпикриз (epicrisis; греч. epikrisis суждение, решение) — суждение о диагнозе, причинах, патогенезе заболевания и результатах его лечения, производимое после окончания лечения или его определенного этапа и фиксируемое в медицинских учетных документах.
Вы бы контексту прибавили, а? Какой у вас эпикриз? Выписной? Переводной? По какому поводу пишется?

According to Webster\'s dictionary, epicrisis has two meanings. One is that given above, a secondary crisis, etc.; and the other is: a critical or analytical summing up especially of a medical case history, which is similar to the definition given in ЭСМТ, vol. III, p. 327
