Cred că 'targeting' e încetăţenit de mult în mediul publicităţii şi marketingului şi în alte spaţii non-anglofone. În documentul citat "marketing comportamental" e traducerea lui "behavioral marketing" nu "behavioral targeting", tradus acolo ca orientare/obiective comportamentale.
Oricum, prima mea opţiune este publicitate bazată pe/modelată de comportamentul consumatorului/utilizatorului.

Targetarea comportamentala vizeaza diferite tipuri de consumatori din categorii demografice distincte care au si obiceiuri de consum specifice. Datele din sistem despre rezultatele sociodemografice sunt corelate cu preferintele de continut ale utilizatorilor care sunt actualizate permanent generand astfel si profilele statistice comportamentale. Cu ajutorul targetarii comportamentale, expunerea in campaniile online va fi tot mai precisa catre profilul utilizatorilor din publicul tinta indiferent de siteul pe care il viziteaza, iar utilizatorii pot vedea tot mai multe bannere cu reclame din aria lor de interes.
