Contexto: 02 médicos conversando sobre um paciente que pediu um atestado médico para ficar 15 dias longe do trabalho. Nesse meio tempo, ele pretende trabalhar em casa para ganhar um dinheiro extra. E um dos médicos ficou de ´falar com um amigo para ajudá-lo. Segue a conversa dos médicos:
_ I´m meeting an old friend.
_ Not by any chance the one that might buy his ducks?
_ The very fella. But the dirt has to come before the brush. How´d you like to run the surgery this morning?
A propósito... Nos EUA, usa-se "office" p/ consultório. Na Irlanda, "surgery". Como traduzir para o português sem usar a palavra consultório? Alguma outra opção?
