In bill of quantity you can put any of the following options:
slab on grade mesh/wire mesh for slab on grade/wire steel mesh of (or for) slab on grade/steel mesh of slab on grade

Or any term conveys two things:
1- The reinforcement steel is a roll mesh / wire mesh/ or just mesh
2- It is used for slab on grade works , means casting with concrete the ground/flooring where the backfilling was done
