gonial angle
The angle of the mandible (gonial angle) is located at the posterior border at the junction of the lower border of the ramus of the mandible.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Angle_of_the_mandible
The term has been used in referring to the posterior inferior angle region of the mandible (Brodie), as well as to the angle formed by a tangent to the lower border of the mandible and a tangent touching the posterior border of the ramus at two points, one at the condyle and one at the angle region (Broca).

Medical Definition of gonial angle
: the angle formed by the junction of the posterior and lower borders of the human lower jaw
— called also angle of the jaw, angle of the mandible

I don't have time to check but I think it's probably something along these lines. Retro = back.
