Spanish term
renuncia
Spanish to English
Law/Patents
Energy / Power Generation
So the key bit:
So, "renuncia" being waiver, usually, I can't see how this fits with the "comenzar el vertido de energia" bit...

waiver
It seems the General Directorate for Energy Policy and Mines is accepting a waiver that likely states that the interested party is waiving its right to wait until a certain agreed-upon start date and agreeing to start early instead.

Note from asker:
Hi Billh, Thanks for your prompt answer. So, it's like they "waiver"the right to start producing energy before a pre-established date..? |
