Visa for the establishment of ( foreign ) banks
Admission is for students to universities. For banks the proper term is establishment or foundation.

Because of the لـ before البنوك , I have understood this is an authorization for a bank to establish itself in a foreign country. However, if I am wrong ( and this is more than probable) then it would a Bank Employment Visa. I am interested in the outcome ...
