It does (or could) fit the context here. Fiktivní works a little differently from fictitious. In this case, it could sort of mean "used for the sake of paperwork". However, wild guesses on my part. Sorry.

As it was said above, Kartouzská is a street in Prague where there is a health center and a blood laboratory. So, I am almost sure, that it is name of this street. Fikt. is probably for fiktivní (fictitious), but this is what I only guess. These might be indicators of some fictitious laboratory test or something more specialized or whatever else.
