To download items for your briefcase, first navigate within the virtual hall to the "resource tab" and then next to each item select "save"

Hello people !! I need some help for download my briefcase: after choosing one download option and click on "Start Download" I get a message that says "You must select one or more documents". Clicking on "Content" tab, nothing happens and I don´t know how to view and select the documents. Thanks !! Marisa.
