2nd International XXX Congress in Düsseldorf -
Erfolgreich abgeschlossen
Fast 250 Teilnehmer konnten beim 2nd International XXX Congress, der vom … bis … im XXX XX Centre in Y stattfand, begrüßt werden. Die extrem hohe Internationalität der Gäste, die aus über 20 Ländern an diesem Kongress teilnahmen, spiegelt das große Interesse am Kongressmotto
„Wie werden Composites zur Schlüsselindustrie“ wieder.
Das diesjährige Programm umfasste u.a. Themen wie Prozesstechnologie, Material- entwicklungen, Neue Composites-Anwendungen zum Beispiel im Architekturbereich sowie Life-Cycle-Analysis und Recycling.
Als Partnerland konnte in diesem Jahr Japan gewonnen werden. Der Key Note Speech von Professor NN vom ABAB Centre Japan, einer unserer exklusiven japanischen Gast-Redner, gab einen kompletten Überblick über Composites Technologie-Entwicklungen und Marktperspektiven in Japan. Japan ist in unserer Industrie vor allem für die Pionierleistungen rund um die Carbon-Faser bekannt geworden.
Die feierliche XYXY-Innovationspreisverleihung sowie die anschließende XXX Night am Abend des ersten Kongresstages, gemeinsam mit den Ausstellern der XXYY EUROPE, boten wieder eine exzellente Kommunikations-Plattform in sehr angenehmer Atmosphäre.
Der Kongress endete am 29.11. mit einer Key Note Speech zum „Strategietag Leichtbau“, an dem u. a. die parlamentarische Staatssekretärin beim Bundesminister für Wirtschaft und Energie, NN, NN, Vorstandvorsitzender von
Composites Germany, NN, Präsident des. sowie weitere Industrievertreter als Sprecher anwesend waren.
Auch in diesem Jahr war der International XXX Congress die Auftaktveranstaltung zur Fachmesse XXYY EUROPE, die vom 29.11.-1.12.2016 zeitgleich mit der AAA Messe, stattfand.
Der nächste International XXX Congress findet vom 18.-19. September 2017 in Stuttgart statt.

2nd International XXX Congress in Düsseldorf brought to successful conclusion
Nearly 250 delegates were welcomed to the 2nd International XXX Congress at the XX Centre in Y (XXX) from … to …. Guests came from over 20 countries, so that the level of internationalism was extremely high, reflecting the enormous interest in the motto of the convention, “How Can Composites Become a Key Industry?”.
The programme of the convention included topics such as process technology, material developments, new composite applications, e.g. in architecture, as well as lifecycle analysis and recycling.
This year’s partner country was Japan, and the list of exclusive Japanese guest speakers included Prof. NN from the ABAB Centre Japan, who gave the keynote talk with a comprehensive overview of developments in Japan’s composites technology and its market prospects. In this industry Japan is particularly well-known for its pioneering achievements in carbon fibre.
As in previous years, the Innovation Award of the German Federation of XYXY was presented at the end of the first day, followed by the XXX Night together with the XXYY EUROPE exhibitors. Both occasions provided an excellent platform for communication in a very pleasant atmosphere.
The convention finished with a keynote talk on the “Lightweight Construction Strategy Day” (29 November), attended, among others, by NN, Parliamentary State Secretary at the German Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy, Ms. NN, PhD, Chairman of XXX, NN, PhD (Engineering), President of YYY, and several further representatives of industry.
As before, the International XXX Congress acted as the kick-off event for the XXYY EUROPE trade fair which took place from 29 November to 1 December 2016 and coinciding with the AAA trade fair.
The next International Composite Congress will be held in Stuttgart from 18 to 19 September 2017.

diese Vertragsurkunde beidseitig beglaubigt gefertigt
Vorliegen des Ranganmerkungsbeschlusses für die beabsichtigte Veräußerung
Treuhandvereinbarung nach dem Treuhandstatut der Rechtsanwaltskammer für Kärnten allseitig gefertigt
allenfalls erforderliche rechtskräftige Genehmigung nach dem anzuwendenden Grundverkehrsgesetz oder Bescheid, dass das Rechtsgeschäft einer Genehmigung nach dem anzuwendenden Grundverkehrsgesetz nicht bedarf
Bestätigung der KAUFENDEN PARTEI, dass die Übergabe des Kaufgegenstandes erfolgt ist
jeweils in Händen der Vertragsverfasserin und Treuhänderin;

Translation - English The Trustee and author of this Agreement is hereby instructed by the PARTIES in a unilaterally irrevocable manner to ensure that, in accordance with the separate Escrow Agreement, the VENDOR shall receive the total purchase price from the amount paid into the aforementioned account as the purchase price; this payment to the VENDOR shall be made to the account specified by the VENDOR as soon as the following conditions are met:
This Agreement signed by both Parties, with certification of signatures
Availability of the priority ranking decision for the intended transfer
Escrow Agreement drawn up in compliance with the Fiduciary Charter of the Bar Association of the Province of Carinthia and signed by all those involved
If required, either legally valid official approval under the relevant property transaction legislation or official notification that the legal transaction does not require approval under the relevant property transaction legislation
Confirmation by the BUYER that the Property has been transferred
The relevant documents shall be submitted to the Trustee and author of this Agreement.
The following amounts shall be deducted:
Any property gains tax that may be due or advance payment of such tax
Separately agreed Vendor’s brokerage fee
Escrow account expenses
