Source text - Romanian În studiile experimentale pe animale privind absorţia energiei electromagnetice de radiofrecvenţă, în particular în domeniul de frecvenţă GHz, s-au observat vătămări ale ţesuturilor oculare. Poziţia deteriorărilor depinde de frecvenţa de radiaţie (relaţionată de adâncimea de pătrundere), dar amplitudinea efectului depinde în principal de densitatea de putere a câmpului, de cantitatea de energie absorbită şi de durata de expunere. Cristalinul ochiului este sensibil la încălzirea de microunde şi RF datorită relativei non-vascularizaţii şi, de aici, capabilitatea limitată de disipare a căldurii. Fibrele constitutive au o capacitate limitată de reparare şi tind să acumuleze efectele agresiunilor minore. Creşterea temperaturii indusă de microunde produce cataracte iepurilor de experienţă. Frecvenţele de microunde din domeniul 1 – 10 GHz sunt mai eficace în producerea cataractelor cristalinului. Pragul de temperatură pentru inducerea cataractei pentru o expunere prelungită este 41- 43ºC, pentru o valoare a SAR-ului corespunzător de , rezultate din expunerea la o densitate de putere mai mare de . Microwave frequencies in the 1-10 GHz area are more dangerous in producing eye lens cataracts. Most experiments in inducing crystalline opacity (cataracts) by microwaves were obtained by near-field exposure at 2.45 GHz (the operating frequency of microwave ovens). Source text - English Before discussing carbohydrate digestion in particular, let's give a little attention to digestion in general. Complete and thorough digestion of foodstuffs is extremely important for good health. A tremendous amount of toxin elimination and accumulation puts a great stress and burden upon the organism and results in a large variety and number of diseases. This happens both directly, from the presence of accumulated toxic substances that the body was unable to eliminate, and indirectly, from a decrease in the body's digestive capabilities due to overworking the digestive system and depleting the body's supply of vital energy.
It is, therefore, important for us to do everything we can to insure thorough and complete digestion of all foods eaten. This can be done by eating primarily (or only) easily digested and uncomplicated foods such as fruits; by eating compatible combinations of foods; by eating moderate amounts of foods; by eating at well-spaced meals; by abstaining from drinks during or too soon before or after meals; and by refraining from eating while under stress or emotionally upset.
One of two things happens to foods that do not get thoroughly or completely digested: 1) Sugars may ferment or 2) proteins may putrefy (rot). These processes result from bacterial activity which breaks down (decomposes) undigested or undigestible foods in preparation for their elimination from the body. The "trick" to, getting nourishment (nutriment) from the foods you eat is to see to it that they, get digested quickly, before the bacteria (present within every healthy digestive tract) have a chance to decompose them. The results of bacterial decomposition are toxic and do not provide nourishment. Foods that don't digest relatively soon after ingestion will ferment or putrefy and contribute to body toxicity and disease.
Translation - Romanian Înainte de a discuta despre digestia carbohidraţilor în special, să acordăm puțină atenţie digestiei în general. Digestia completă a produselor alimentare este importantă pentru sănătate. O cantitate enormă de eliminare și acumulare a toxinelor înseamnă pentru organism stres și povară, rezultând în multe și variate boli. Acest lucru se întâmplă atât în mod direct, de la prezenţa substanţelor toxice acumulate pe care organismul nu a putut să le elimine, şi indirect, de la o scădere a capacităţilor digestive ale organismului, din cauza suprasolicitării sistemului digestiv şi diminuarea energiei.
Este, prin urmare, important să facem tot ce putem pentru a asigura digestia bună a tuturor alimentelor consumate. Cum? Consumând, în primul rând, alimente ușor de digerat şi necomplicate, cum ar fi fructele; mâncând la aceeași masă o combinație de alimente compatibile; mâncând cantități moderate de alimente; ținând intervalul dintre mese la câteva ore; evitând lichidele în timpul mesei sau imediat după, precum şi evitând mâncatul în condiţii de stres sau supărare.
Unul din două lucruri se întâmplă cu alimentele care nu se digeră complet sau complet: 1) zaharurile pot fermenta sau 2), descompunerea proteinelor poate rezulta în putrefacție. Aceste procese sunt o urmare a activității bacteriene, care descompune produsele alimentare nedigerate sau nedigerabile pentru a pregăti eliminarea lor din organism. Pentru a asigura absorbția nutrienților trebuie să asiguri o digestie rapidă, înainte ca bacteriile (prezente în orice tract digestiv sănătos) să aibă șansa să le descompună. Now these are two very different languages. One, more archaic, pedantic, and prone to jingoism even in sports articles. The other, perfect for instruction manuals and comedy skits.
