Source text - French 54.
Translation - English 54. An order for a stay of proceedings will result in delaying the French judgment on the validity by at least 3 to 5 years, since the pre-trial judge stayed proceedings on all the requests of the XXX companies "until permanent rulings are rendered in the opposition proceedings brought before the European Patent Office against the European patents No. xxx and No. xxx.
(54) Considering that an acceleration is unlikely, the proceedings before the EPO, may last 3 to 5 years and this is not compatible with the timing of the XX project (testimonial of an Industrial Property Consultant on the length of an EPO procedure: Exhibit No. 47).

PLACE DE LA PAIX - PUBLICA, MONTREUX - VD Schweiz
Translation - English LAUSANNE Malley 2020
In 2020, the Malley wasteland - that covers a 70,000m² area - will boast over 12,000 new residents. The development project is included in the SDOL plan – Schéma Directeur Ouest Lausannois (Master Development Plan for West Lausanne - 2011 Wakker Prize for Switzerland Heritage). It's an important part of the PALM - Projet d’Agglomération Lausanne Morges (Lausanne-Morges Metropolitan Area Project). The Express Regional Railway station (RER) will be the first milestone of the strategic urban project. It will boost the area development.
MOBILITY
The new Prilly-Malley station complements the West Lausanne public transport system. Providing interconnections with the S1, 2 and 4 RER lines, with the M1 subway line and the M7 tramway line (in 2020), the new railway station is a strategic component of the Canton Public Transport Plan.
PLACE DE LA PAIX - PUBLICA MONTREUX - Vaud Canton - Switzerland
The plan calls for 48 apartments in 3 buildings grafted on the existing urban fabric Designed as a monolithic development, containing a retail ara and a car park, it will redefine the "Baye de Montreux" district .
A solid urban block, a dense, complex and vertical "Montreusian" sculpture creating an urban contour that will complement the "City Building" built in the fifties, with a facade gradually opening on the "rue des Alpes", with a "beach head" in the Place de la Paix. It should blend harmoniously the excitement of the old "Vuagnard" neighborhood with the broad throroughfare running along the "La Baye canal".
TRANSITION
The project should result in a strong monolithic identity, forming a block with 4 volumes varying in sizes to create the right transition between different scales .
PEDESTRIAN PASSAGEWAYS ("Traboules" or "Châbles")
The project passageways shall contribute to the development of the existing pedestrian network. Typical of the Montreux landscape, the alleyways ("traboules or Châbles") are a legacy of the ancient paths that linked the hamlets that compose Montreux today.
DIVERSITY
The project: 48 housing units including 20 subsidized housing units, a public car park, a supermarket, small shops, a café. A maximum embedded density program that is also consistent with the public space. Housing units are laid out in a pattern duplicating - on a different scale - the space sequencing of the city block.
ENERGY EFFICIENCY
The building shall comply with the requirements of the Swiss Minergie® specifications. Energy is produced from the heat released by commercial refrigeration plants. Cold water will be pumped straight from the underground water table.

Source text - English Overall requirements for technical provisions
Insurance and reinsurance undertakings have to establish technical provisions with respect to all of their insurance and reinsurance obligations towards policy holders and beneficiaries of insurance or reinsurance contracts. The value of technical provisions shall correspond to the current amount insurance and reinsurance undertakings would have to pay if they were to transfer their insurance and reinsurance obligations immediately to another insurance or reinsurance undertaking. The calculation of technical provisions shall make use of and be consistent with information provided by the financial markets and generally available data on underwriting risks (market consistency). Technical provisions shall be calculated in a prudent, reliable and objective manner. Following the principles set out above, the calculation of technical provisions is carried out as described below.
Calculation of technical provisions
The value of technical provisions is equal to the sum of a Best Estimate Liabilities (BEL) and a risk margin as set out below.
The best estimate corresponds to the probability-weighted average of future cash-flows, taking account of the time value of money (expected present value of future cash-flows), using the relevant risk-free interest rate term structure. The calculation of the best estimate is based upon up-to-date and credible information and realistic assumptions and performed using adequate, applicable and relevant actuarial and statistical methods. The cash-flow projection used in the calculation of the best estimate takes account of all the cash in- and out-flows required to settle the insurance obligations over the lifetime thereof. In the calculation of the cash flows, the following is considered:
Translation - French Obligations concernant les provisions techniques
