I am a Tufts University graduate with a Bachelors Degree in Arabic and International Relations. I participated in the CAASIC (formerly CASA) Fellowship for the 2013-2014 school year at the American University in Cairo where I took two elective advanced translation courses and later went on to earn a Foundations of Translation certificate at AUC's School of Continuing Education. I speak Modern Standard, Egyptian, and some Jordanian/Palestinian Arabic and I received the Arabic Language, Culture, and Literature Prize Award from the Arabic Department at Tufts upon graduating in May 2013.
