Medical - Medical (general) / cancer (?) treatment
Italian term or phrase: EVT
This in the post-discharge treatment plan of a patient with metastatic kidney cancer that has metastasized to the lungs and brain. This little acronym appears several times in this section:

From the context, I am guessing that the 'T' stands for 'terapia' ... but I can't be sure, and I can't figure out the rest of it even after a lot of attempts to find it online! I don't find it in Acromed (or its Spanish counterpart -- Cosnautas -- where you can sometimes find these things).

What does EVT stand for here, and how do we say it in English?

Thank you.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Ciao Gilberto, and thanks again. And you're right, it was written evt but I capitalized it because I thought it was an acronym (which are capitalized in English)
