maybe I need another cup of coffee to jump-start my brain this morning, but I just don't understand this sentence. It's from a sub-participation agreement (Unterbeteiligungsvertrag). "ihr" is the "Unterbeteiligte"



Alternativ kann ihr der Gesellschafter nach seiner Wahl anstelle der Abfindung in Geld den ihr an der Hauptbeteiligung zuzurechnenden Anteil der Hauptbeteiligung, mithin Geschäftsanteile an der XYZ übertragen.
