Como siempre, nos falta el texto completo.

Si "big picture thinker" aparece en el texto como un descriptor entre otros ("focussed thinker", "detailed thinker", "fuzzy thinker", etc...) varias veces, no vale esta sugerencia ni, me atrevería decir, las otras.

Si sale una sola vez, propongo esto, dado que en inglés tendemos a hablar de un "thinker + adjectivo" mientras que en castellano creo que hablaríamos más bien de "pensar" de una forma determinada.

Incluso "Si eres de los que adoptas un enfoque global"
"Si eres de los que consideras todo en conjunto"

No sé. Me suena más natural que hablar de un tipo de pensador "X".
