Przez „czy co tam jeszcze” można rozumieć i kaniule i włosy i firanki i whatever you may think about. Poza tym chciałbym zauważyć, że pytanie dotyczy słowa „Chevron”. |

When completed and in place, the tails of the tape extend at an approximately 90-degree angle from the site, forming a V shape. When the tape chevron is in place, the tape should not be directly in contact with the catheter or cover the insertion site (Figure 27-20). In some cases, it is advantageous to place two chevrons, each opposite the other. Taking one end of the tape strip, fold diagonally across dressing. Repeat with the other side forming a “V” shape on the dressing. Using the second tape strip adhesive side down, across the base of the “Chevron” and secure. This will provide additional securement and stabilization of the catheter.
